Bishop James P. Moyler

Bishop James P. Moyler: Join Holy Temple Pentecostal Church of God in 1977 of August. He was saved September 7, 1978 during a noonday prayer service and was baptized in water May of 1978. He married Elder Jeanette Moyler Holley November 6, 1978. He received the Holy Ghost on February 10 at a revival at St. Mary’s Church of Deliverance where Bishop James D. Brinkley (was Elder at the time) did the revival on a Friday night.

 

Man of God

He was a President of the men’s usher board, a member of the gospel and men’s choir. He was ordained as a deacon in 1980 and was the secretary\projects manager of the deacon board. He taught the adult and juniors Sunday school class with great success. He was also the Pastor’s armor bearer. In 1981 received his certificate of completion in Bible studies from Holy Temple. He helped to improve the deacon’s board and men’s department in their active roles as financial supporters of the Pastor and the church.

 

Man of Love

In October 1984, Bishop James D. Brinkley sent Deacon James P. Moyler as chairman deacon and his wife, Evangelist Jeanette Moyler to help rebuild the ministry of Bethlehem United Pentecostal Church of Christ Holiness, where in two weeks Bishop appointed Deacon J. Moyler pastor by the divine move of God. In May 1985, Bishop J. D. Brinkley ordained Deacon J. Moyler as Elder and installed him in Bethlehem United Pentecostal Church of Christ Holiness. Elder J. Moyler and his wife Evangelist Jeanette Moyler server faithfully for two years and the ministry grew from seven members to one-hundred and seventy-five members and seventy-five of them faithful.

 

Fisher of Men

Later after in 1994 Elder J. Moyler and Evangelist J. Moyler returned to their home church with permission from Bishop Harper. Soon thereafter they started an outreach center in Foundation Park shopping center in 1995 called Bethel Outreach Deliver Our Children\Deliver Ourselves Ministry. The outreach center was so successful that the U.S secretary of education and drugs labeled the center as the best workable outreach in the U.S.  Bethel Outreach moved to Holy Temple after tragedy struck the family in 1997. After that Elder James Moyler and Evangelist Jeanette Moyler visited other ministers while being healed spiritually until 1999. But God was not yet done. *** SO BEGAN THE B.A.L.M.
